Terms of Business
By placing an order with the cleaning company either by telephone or e-mail, you will be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Cleaning Company will perform the work specified by the Client in a professional manner. The Cleaning Company reserves the right to make changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without notice.
The Cleaning Company will carry out most domestic chores inside of the home, it is however down to our discretion. We will not carry out any task we deem inappropriate or unsafe.
The cleaners will work for the time allocated to your property, as agreed prior to commencement of the service. The minimum number of hours charged for is two, even when the cleaning time may be less.
The Cleaning Company will provide all the materials needed for the clean. Should a client wish that we use their cleaning equipment or materials, we ask, that they must be in safe working order.
Pricing and Payment Terms
All work is to be paid for on or before the day of the clean, by either bank transfer, standing order, or cash.
Prices are subject to review at any time without prior notice.
The Cleaning Company provide and safe and secure system for the handling of keys and will return client keys upon cancellation, with 7 days.
All complaints need to be brought to the attention of the office, no longer than 24hrs after the clean, where if we deem necessary, we will carry out the clean again.
All cancellations require a minimum of 72hours notice, otherwise the clean will still be charged in full.
Any cancellations or re-arrangements to regular services, must be made directly with The Cleaning Company office and not with the cleaning staff.
Following cancellation, it is not permitted to instruct any employees, or former employees of The Cleaning Company to undertake provision of the same services/products as supplied by The Cleaning Company. Should such an incident arise The Cleaning Company will enforce that which is reasonable to protect its business and recover any loss of revenue.
